History of the clinic

Carsten Nøddeskou:

"I founded the clinic in 1983 when I returned home from Canada, where I had studied as a newly qualified chiropractor. The clinic started as a so-called "0-practice", which means that I built it from scratch. The clinic has had several locations, including Holbergsvej 2, which we replaced in 2009 with the large and beautiful premises at Storgade 12, where we still are today. In October 2017, I started a branch in Odense together with chiropractor Martin Juulager, who had previously been affiliated with the Sorø clinic. The clinics in Odense and Sorø share the same name, philosophy and treatment concept.

A few years after graduating as a chiropractor, I noticed that certain patterns of patient errors were recurring. I used these findings to develop the technique that is the hallmark of the clinic today. I have been refining the technique for almost 40 years, and the results of our treatments at the clinics are both excellent and long-lasting, benefiting many people over the years.

What drives me is to find a solution for everyone, and even though the percentage of patients who get a good result from the treatment is well into the 90s, I will always strive to help even the last ones.

Today, the clinics in Sorø and Odense employ over 20 people, of which 9 are chiropractors, two are masseurs and 8 are secretaries. We also have a number of administrative staff who, like the rest of the staff, are essential for running and developing the clinics.
